Waterscapes is Nantucket’s local swimming pool and landscape contractor. Jesse Dutra has been in business here since 1997 and is a year-round resident with a family and home on Nantucket. He is an active member of the community and has a reputation of honesty, reliability and professionalism. This allows his customers peace of mind that someone will always be there for them when they call.
2. WE ARE IN-HOUSE
From start to finish, we do our own forming, plumbing, rebar, shotcrete and hardscape. This allows us the quality control and assurance that your job is done right and on time.
3. WE ARE CERTIFIED POOL BUILDERS
Jesse Dutra has completed the highest level of pool building certification and is an active member of the The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP). As a CBP you’re hiring a builder who has demonstrated knowledge of state-of-the-artpool and spa information.
4. WE ARE DESIGN MANAGEMENT
We take time to figure out your exact needs to develop a comprehensive plan. We handle getting the applicable building permits and HDC approval. We specialize in AutoCAD, 3D renderings and hand sketches so you know what you are getting before you begin the job. Our detailed construction drawings ensure your project is done to perfection.
5. WE ARE CONSTRUCTION
At Waterscapes we go above and beyond national standards for hardscape and pool construction. All of our projects are planned, complete with construction drawings. We use typically use #4 rebar and our shotcrete is 6000 psi.
6. WE ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS
As a NOFA organic land care professional, Jesse Dutra takes the environment and what we do it very seriously. We use the latest technology in energy efficiency: automation, LED lights, salt chlorination, and variable speed pumps. We have also partnered with BioNova to bring you a 100% chlorine free natural swimming pool.

Waterscapes approaches the landscape as an extension of home design providing owners and architect with a seamless integration between pool, gardens, and hardscapes.

Once your landscape, swimming pool & spa is completed we continue providing top-notch maintenance services by our CPO certified pool operators and our garden & lawn care professionals.
9. WE ARE SAFETY
At waterscapes safety is our first priority for our customers and their families. We will help educate you about the dangers of a swimming pool and offer the best products to help keep your family and friends safe. We also provide a USCG approved life ring with every pool we build. We highly recommend the installation of key-controlled AutoCover from AquaMatic to keep your pool covered & secure when not in use.
